TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • Students acknowledge that they are to be punctual for all scheduled sessions. In the event of late arrivals, an extension of time will not be granted and the set lesson will cease at the scheduled time.
  • It is a requirement that all students conduct themselves in a professional manner and are respectful at all times to Singing Sydney staff, students and property.
  • Students acknowledge that they are required to give 7 days notice to attempt to reschedule a lesson time. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of that particular lesson. Reschedule attempts will be made at the availability of Singing Sydney and the student.
  • Students acknowledge that their programs will involve lessons and classes with only qualified teachers that meet the expected standard of Singing Sydney.
  • Students acknowledge that all lessons and course fees are direct debited by way of Ezidebit. It is a requirement of enrolment that this process be completed. Fees will be processed in advance of the scheduled lesson time. All program payments to be processed on the 1st of the month unless stated otherwise. All admin and surcharge fees will be paid by the client.
  • In the event of a dishonoured debit, a dishonour fee of $21.90 will be charged from Ezidebit. The payment will then be reprocessed in 3 days. Any subsequent dishonours will need to be finalised with the office directly in order for lessons to continue as per scheduling.
  • Singing Sydney takes no responsibility for damages or injuries incurred before, during or after the lesson.

CANCELLATION POLICY


  • Requests to reschedule any casual bookings for private lessons need to be sent to Singing Sydney no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of that lesson time with the full fee remaining payable.
  • Reschedule attempts will be made at the availability of Singing Sydney and their staff.
  • Once confirmation has been received for non term group classes the fee is applicable regardless of whether the student is able to attend or not. Placements are limited and hence have been held as per booking request.
  • Group classes need two weeks notice via email to cancel classes. No refund will be given for missed group classes.
  • All requests to cancel semester programs must be given in writing 60 days in advance. Designated spots have been allocated for the duration of the term and cannot be replaced with another student once the term has commenced.
  • In the event of genuine medical conditions or advanced bookings of holidays, classes and lessons can be put on hold and times can recommence upon return.
